This website is operated by Freedom Archery. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Freedom Archery.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein (such as our Return & Refund Policy).

You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card and payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

All products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours or details will be perfectly accurate.

Some products may be:

  • Special-order items

  • Supplier-sourced on request

  • Available on backorder

These items may have longer lead times and limited cancellation rights.

 

 

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Prices displayed at checkout at the time of purchase will apply.

We are not currently VAT registered.

 

 

5. Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or cancel quantities purchased per order

  • Cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud

If an order is cancelled, any payments received will be refunded.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to supplier delays, courier issues, or external factors.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control once an order has been handed to the courier.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Archery equipment can be dangerous if used incorrectly.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for the safe and lawful use of all equipment

  • Equipment should only be used under appropriate supervision and training

  • We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or improper handling

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
